A natural sweetener obtained from the slow, long cooking of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape musts.

Rooted in rural tradition, it was used to soothe sore throats or to prepare energizing drinks.

An ideal base for aperitifs and refreshing beverages, it is also excellent with soft cheeses, roasted turkey, fruit salads, yogurt, and tarts.
