Opera Brut is the original Lambrusco: dry and fresh, ideal for cleansing the palate during a rich meal such as traditional Emilian cuisine.

It pairs beautifully with appetizers and first courses, including fresh egg pasta with meat ragù or tortelloni filled with pumpkin or ricotta.

It also complements main courses of beef and pork, such as fillets and boiled meats, as well as cured meats and cheeses like Prosciutto di Modena and Parmigiano Reggiano.
